Film-making camp Registration form
Before you sign up, have a quick read so we are all same page about some ground rules and expectations.
Camp rules
No alcohol, drugs or weapons
Smoking or vaping is only permitted in designated area
No anti social behaviour
Don’t leave camp without informing the camp co-ordinator
Don’t interfere with other people’s gear
Phones
Phones are such incredible tools nowadays. They are also exceptional at being the worst possible distraction. They get in the way of people getting to know one another and building community. So during camp we will lock away phones so you guys can focus on the fun at camp instead of just another Instagram reel. if there is a particular reason this may not work for you please get in contact: Admin@teapotvalley.co.nz
Gear
Camera people love gear, (I know that from personal experience) if you want to bring some for making your short film that is great. We are happy to lock it away overnight. but we cant take responsibility if things get damaged or stolen during the weekend.
Please read the agreement and notes below and fill in the registration form and click on the "Register" button. We will contact you via the email address supplied to confirm that you have been accepted on camp. Please note that by registering you have agreed to the deceleration below.
Deceleration
I declare that the details on the registration form are true and correct.
I give consent for the person named on this registration form to participate in all camp activities and I agree that I will abide by the camp rules and that I will pay for any wilful damage.
I give consent for Teapot Valley Christian Camp to send me information about future camps.
I give consent for any photos and videos taken during camp to be shared on Teapot Valley's YouTube channel and / or website.
In the case of a medical emergency I give Teapot Valley Christian Camp permission to seek medical help as required.
Notes.
Please do not presume the registration has been accepted into this camp unless you receive a confirmation email from us.
Disruptive behaviour, deliberate misconduct or disrespect for camp or campers property will result in you being sent home. Fees will not be refunded and any costs for damage will be charged to you.
The information you provide will only be used for the purpose of running camp. Personal details will remain confidential to camp management and will only be given out to ensure your safety or well being.
